About The Event
Participants will learn to humanely dispatch, pluck/skin, eviscerate, part & package a whole chicken. $45 includes your freezer ready bird.
Birds are raised on soy free, Non-GMO feed. Housed in a moveable tractor, on pasture for the best tasting chicken we can raise! Additional birds will be available for purchase and can be processed for you by the teen training program.
