I am an intern for F.A.R.M. I have learned how to garden and use an irrigation system . I help put straw down under the plants and weed the garden. I am learning about different fertilizers and how to apply them. I am keeping fence rows weeded.
I have learned many different things on gardening from my mentor Melissa. She is teaching me succession planting and continuous harvest for customers, also marketing farm produce for retail.
I hope to learn more skills of gardening. My goal is to learn as much as possible from hands on learning with gardening chores.
